Role Profile

In this role you would be responsible for the coordination of, and contribution to, the smooth operation and administration within the Senior Executives’ Office.

You will also:

Primarily function as support for the CEO’s Executive Assistant, assisting with the administration of a variety of activities, processes, systems, and projects.

Provide general admin and diary support to selected senior executives, and the Product and Technology (P&T) senior team.

Set up meetings, and assist in the planning, coordinating, and facilitating of internal and external events,

Function as the key administrator and contact for BPP’s corporate travel provider, Click Travel, and prepare monthly travel analysis and reports.

Person Profile

The successful candidate would have the following attributes:

Highly organised, can-do attitude, lots of common-sense, and a desire to help make a senior corporate environment run smoothly and efficiently.

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, delivered in a professional and articulate way, and a desire to talk with colleagues F2F and on the phone, as well as using email and Teams.

Working within agreed parameters, an ability to adhere to guidelines, and a high level of accuracy.

Ability to meet deadlines, fully complete tasks and projects, and promote efficiency within the department.

Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (design skills in PowerPoint would be an advantage).

Helpful and approachable, with behaviour appropriate to a senior corporate environment; knowing when and how to contribute effectively.

Absolute discretion and confidentiality always.

Other Information

This role is 60/40 office/home, as agree with your line manager.

After successful completion of your probationary period, there is an opportunity to study for free, via BPP’s Employee Study Support Scheme (studying is entirely optional).
