Someone who loves to be able to implement better systems and procedures to improve the efficiency of a business. Full- time permanent – WFH flexibility

Responsibilities Schedule travel, timely expenses submission and prepare presentation material. Documentation and filing Diary management
Meeting management Organize social events including catering
Interact with external vendors Payment requisitions Supervising floor plan administration, access card handling, and general office upkeep Coordinating and overseeing workplace health and safety procedures, first aid personnel, and fire wardens Conducting staff training Managing the daily operations
Organizing workspace arrangements for new hires Handling miscellaneous tasks as needed
About you: 1-3 years of relevant experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
