Responsibilities:

Informational Support:Act as a knowledgeable resource for patients, providing accurate information about our services, products, and facilities to empower them in their healthcare decisions.

Appointment Management:Coordinate appointments and follow-ups with precision, ensuring optimal scheduling to accommodate patient needs and optimize clinic efficiency.

Administrative Proficiency:Maintain the smooth operation of our office by efficiently managing administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and organization, to support seamless workflow.

Patient Advocacy:Advocate for our patients’ interests and needs, addressing inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism to ensure their satisfaction and well-being.

Facility Maintenance:Ensure our clinic environment is welcoming and conducive to healing by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and functionality at all times.

Requirements:

Multitasking Skills:Ability to effectively juggle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment, without compromising attention to detail or quality of work.

Educational Background:High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration or related field preferred.

Customer Service Experience:Previous experience in a customer-facing role, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Computer Proficiency:Proficient in using office software and electronic health record systems; familiarity with scheduling software is a plus.

Organizational Skills:Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.

Adaptability:Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and situations, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.

Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
