Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Administrator in our office located in Dublin City Centre. The Office Administrator willprimarilybe responsible for maintaining a very high level of accuracy in updating client records on our CRM system and in Microsoft Excel. The role will also include general administrative duties including answering phones and directing calls / taking messages, sourcing regular investment updates online, managing post daily, managing office equipment, and carrying out other general office admin tasks as required.
Qualifications / experience requirements:
Strong office administration skills
Ability to maintainhigh accuracyin data entry / records updating is of paramount importance
Ability to effectively multitask and prioritise task list
Proven proficiency in MS Office tools. Excel / Word / Teams
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently in a quiet office environment
Experience in the financial services / pensions industry is a plus
Relevant qualifications in office administration / financial services (QFA) are a plus
