About the Role and Environment:
The role is intended to support day-to-day management of the office in relation to HR and Administrative functions. In addition, invoicing and collection of the Firm’s collections, and various statutory requirements.
Department and Reporting Lines:
HR / Admin reporting to the Managing Director
Responsibilities:
·        Managing office supplies, space, equipment, and budget.
·        Client correspondences, billing, contracts, collections.
·        Reports, expenses, budgets (payroll)
·        Maintain policies, schedules, manage employee / company records.
·        Ensure office requirements are met
·        Others as may be required.
Candidate Requirements:
·        5+ years working on an administrative or HR function.
·        College graduate in a business administration / HR course.
·        Good communication skills, organized, honest, and mature.
·        Proactive and resourceful.
·        Knowledgeable in MS office and Google platforms, bonus if likes design.
