Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

(Please note there is one Saturday every three weeks: 11:00 am – 2:00 pm)

Our client is a leading residential property company with offices throughout North London. We are currently seeking an efficient and organised Office Administrator to join our clients team based in West Hampstead. This role will involve supporting both the sales and lettings departments, providing essential administrative assistance.

Overview:

Strong typing skills, grammar, and proofreading abilities are essential.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, motivated, and capable of working well under pressure.

Ability to meet deadlines and work autonomously with initiative.

Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional and friendly telephone manner.

Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Prior experience in property or administration is advantageous.

A team player with strong customer relations and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the Sales and Lettings Team with administrative tasks.

Utilising Veco and RPS systems to upload property details and client information.

Typing and dispatching valuation/instruction letters and other relevant documents.

Maintaining and updating property lists, details, and window cards.

Ensuring the reception area is well-stocked with property magazines.

Managing weekly stationery orders via the online system.

Updating the company website with property details as required.

Assisting with advertising by preparing and proofreading adverts for publications.

Coordinating photography, floorplans, and necessary statutory documents.

Handling incoming and outgoing mail, including franking and distribution.

Undertaking general administration duties and canvassing tasks.

Managing property files and coordinating the erection or removal of property boards.

Overseeing the gas safety and electrical safety system, including arranging inspections and chasing certificates.

Administering tenancy renewals and associated paperwork.

Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
