Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls

Manage office supply inventory and place orders as needed

Coordinate meeting logistics, team events, and general office upkeep

Support scheduling, travel coordination, and calendar management

Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and vendor invoicing

Maintain internal records and filing systems

Provide general administrative support across departments as needed

Ideal Candidate:

Bachelor’s degree preferred, or relevant administrative experience

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

A positive, professional demeanor and customer service mindset

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
