Office Administrator Jobs in United Kingdom at Juno

Title: Office Administrator

Company: Juno

Location: United Kingdom

Office Administrator

We’re looking for a motivated and focused person to join our fast-growing law firm.

Juno is a law firm for the digital age. We’re on a mission to transform the experience of buying and selling a home. We make conveyancing simpler, clearer and faster.

We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for an office administrator to organise all our legal documents, post and filing. A law degree or legal experience will come in useful, if you have it, as you’ll be handling deeds and contracts on a daily basis.

People who’ve done this job in the past have been promoted to other roles within Juno – two people are now paralegals, and one is now a team lead.

Apply now if you want to start a legal career at a law firm that’s doing things differently – [email protected] a brief cover letter and recent CV/résumé.

Juno makes conveyancing simpler, clearer and faster

Juno is a modern law firm specialising in residential conveyancing and operating throughout England and Wales.

We complete thousands of sale, purchase and remortgage transactions each year, and we’re trusted with panel membership by 80+ mortgage lenders.

We’re rated as one of the best conveyancing firms in the UK by our clients (4.9/5 on Trustpilot) and estate agents and brokers frequently tell us how much they enjoy working with us.

We’ve built our own software in-house. Clients can do all their conveyancing online, and always know what’s going on. And we’ve optimised the process to complete transactions 50% faster than the average law firm.

About the role

You’ll be responsible for all our legal documents and filing, at our office near Old Street, London.

You’ll scan and file all our post each day – you’ll become an expert in recognising obscure legal documents.

You’ll print, collate and send all our outgoing post each day.

You’ll ‘certify’ original documents, and make sure we’ve got all the signed original contracts and deeds we need to exchange and complete property transactions.

You’ll send laptops and equipment out to any new starters.

You’ll be working at the office by yourself sometimes, so you’ll need to be able to stay focused and motivated working solo. But you’ll be connected to your team throughout the day on video and message chat.

Our office will be your space – you’ll take ownership and keep it neat and organised.

You don’t need a law degree or experience at a law firm but it’s a bonus.

You’ll need to live within an hour’s commute of our office near Old Street, London.

This is a full time role: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
