Position: Office Administrator
Location:Roseville, CA
Compensation:$45,000 annually
Status:Full-Time / Direct Hire Position
Hours:Monday through Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00pm

The Opportunity:

As an experienced Office Administrator at Golden Coast Construction and Restoration, you will play a crucial role in supporting our front office to help manage paperwork flow, answer calls, organize site documents and drawings, and other key tasks.

Primary responsibilities may include the following:

Greet clients with a positive, helpful attitude.

Answer incoming calls and facilitate as needed, ensure call is handled professionally.

Support administrative, production and management staff.

Help maintain and stock office supplies.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of offices.

Help maintain office machines, including printers, copiers, and fax.

Prepare meeting and training rooms as needed.

Perform general office clerk duties and errands.

Other duties as assigned.

Minimum requirements for consideration for this role are:

2 years administrative experience required.

Previous experience in construction and/or restoration preferred.

Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Excellent communication skills include strong verbal, written and phone communication.

Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work both independently and as a team.

Good time management skills with the ability to solve problems.

Good organizational skills with a strong sense of urgency.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Pre-employment Background and DMV Check Required.
