Responsibilities
Coordinator and schedule appointments
Manage all incoming and outgoing communications
Schedule travel
Prep for meetings/calls, take notes on key action items and distribute follow up items
Flexibility and willingness to contribute to special projects as needed
Work efficiently with other design team members and contractors as needed, while always representing the owners core values
Home organization skills
Travel required 1-2 times a month
Qualifications
BS Marketing Required
Website building
Experience with travel coordination and calendar management
Resilient and able to adapt to changing demands and conditions
Ability to perform efficiently
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Exceptionally detail-oriented, organized with excellent time management
Able to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Holds a positive, optimistic and enthusiastic attitude
Concise yet open and friendly communication
Highly resourceful problem solver, computer skills a must
Willingness to think outside of the box and find creative solutions
Job Type: Part-time

Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
