Automotive Administrative Assistant – Accounting – Deal Clerk -Full Time

The Hertrich Family of Automobile Dealerships is seeking a Full-Time Automotive Administrative Assistant to join our team of world class business office professionals. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and preferably a background in the automotive industry to grow within a supportive and professional environment.

Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of administrative and accounting tasks in a busy automotive business office
Potential assistance with posting deals and calculating commission
Coordination of bank funding
Maintaining accounting schedules and customer deal documentation
Processing trades, wholesale transactions, payoffs, and inventory reports
Provide general clerical support and assist with various office functions as needed
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of increasingly responsible accounting or administrative experience in personnel administration activities or comparable position, automotive experience strongly preferred but will train the right candidate
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
High school diploma required; college degree a plus
Must maintain confidentiality and use sound judgment
Able to interact professionally with customers, management, and team members
