Role Description

Starting at $18/hr (Commensurate with experience)

This is a part-time (10-20 hours / week), hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant at Avalon Landscape Construction LLC.

The role is based within Fairfax County VA with the abilty to work primarly remotely with regular in person meeting with company staff.

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for handling various fast paced administrative tasks on a day-to-day basis. This includes managing phone calls, providing exceptional phone / email etiquette, facilitating communication within the company, and providing executive administrative assistance.

Qualifications

2+ years of previous experince in an administrative role

Proficient phone etiquette and strong communication skills

Clerical skills and attention to detail for various administrative tasks

Experience in coordinating and scheduling appointments

Self starter, ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google platforms, and other relevant software

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Experience in the landscaping or construction industry is a plus
