SOYA HELLAS S.A. is seeking a highly organized and analytical Office Administrator to join its team in Athens headquarters. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the preparation, processing, and management of contracts, as well as for ensuring the accurate integration of contract data into the ERP system. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Drafting, reviewing, and processing business contracts.
Entering and maintaining contract data in the ERP system (Entersoft).
Supporting the continuous improvement of administrative processes.
Utilizing Excel to analyze data and support reporting tasks.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.
Strong command of the English language (Proficiency level).
Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in a similar administrative role.
Hands-on experience with Entersoft ERP is highly desirable.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with multiple departments.
