Full Job Description

The Office Administrator’s main responsibility will be to support the project management staff and executive team.

Office Administrator duties and responsibilities:

Supports company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff.

Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing payroll, controlling correspondence, maintaining filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions.

Provides historical reference by maintaining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.

Implements office policies through standards and procedures, measures results against standards, and makes necessary adjustments.

Office Administrator Qualifications

Familiarity with computer programs such as Microsoft 365 Suite, Timberline or ProContractor by Viewpoint, ProCore and various federal government systems

Good time-management skills

Ability to multi-task

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Critical-thinker and problem-solver

Promoting process improvement

Reporting skills

Office Administrator Education and Experience Requirements

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

Construction industry experience preferred but not required
