In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of information within our organization. As an Information Processing Clerk, you will play a vital role in maintaining our organization’s data integrity by processing information accurately and effectively. You will be responsible for inputting data into various systems, verifying the accuracy of information, and resolving any discrepancies.

Responsibilities:

Accurately input and process data into various systems
Review and verify the accuracy of information
Resolve any discrepancies or errors in information
Maintain organized and up-to-date electronic and physical filing systems
Assist with the creation and maintenance of reports and spreadsheets
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations
Collaborate with other team members to improve information processing procedures

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Familiarity with data protection regulations and best practices
