About The Role
The office administrator will be responsible for managing the accommodation for operational staff nationwide, they will also undertake administrative tasks to support the Directors PA.
Duties And Responsibilities
Book and manage accommodation throughout the business in conjunction to the Master Programme
Liaising with Site Managers Nationwide (right through from Bournemouth to Scotland)
Being efficient with platforms such as Airbnb, Travelodge, Premier Inn and booking
Managing cost when bookings are required
Support the implementation of our new booking travel portal CliK
Liaise with accounts for invoices and receipts of the bookings and expenses
Coordinate any cancellations or changes of the programme with the Programme Manager to meet booking needs
Support the PA with any Ad Hoc duties (etc : organising client meeting for Directors)
Support with Director expense management
Welcoming and Directing visitors at Head Office
Ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for staff
Undertake general correspondence with the support of the Directors PA
Communicate effectively with customers and staff internally and externally for business needs.
