Job Description:
Apply4U is hiring a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator for one of our UK-based clients. This is a remote role ideal for candidates with excellent organisational and administrative skills who can support business operations and ensure smooth day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and email correspondence.
Maintain digital filing systems and ensure all records are kept up to date.
Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating communications.
Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as required.
Support internal teams with clerical duties and respond to queries promptly.
Liaise with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders when needed.
Perform general office duties to support the team’s productivity.
Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Experience using project management or CRM tools is a plus.
