Are you an experienced Administrator with strong SAP skills and a passion for organisation? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global leader in manufacturing at the Moorebank site.
We are looking for a proactive Administrator to support their operations. Your knowledge of SAP or a similar ERP system is key to success in this role, along with strong Excel skills and a sharp sense of urgency.
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 2:00pm
Training Provided | Long term role offering stability
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management: Conducting stock counts and reordering
Purchase Orders: Creating, updating and processing POs
Data & Document Management: Handling both digital and paper-based information
Reporting: Using SAP, Excel, Word & PowerPoint to generate reports
Office Admin: Taking meeting minutes, photocopying, scanning, and sourcing quotes
Site Support: Assisting with housekeeping and site inductions
What We’re Looking For:
Strong SAP or ERP experience
Confident in MS Office, especially Excel
Excellent time management and communication skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines with accuracy
Previous experience in purchasing and inventory admin preferred
