We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our small team. the administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing support and maintaining effective office procedures.
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task effectively.
Responsibilities:
· Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
· Keep records of donations, write letters and certificates of thanks
· Support with volunteer Recruitment documentation, including processing PVG and
Disclosure applications
· Assist with data for funding applications
· Keep diaries up to date
· Administration for schools visits, such as printing, communication with schools and
booking transport
· Respond to questions and requests for information
· Collate data, create reports and manage filing and archiving
· Order new office equipment, such as stationery, printer refills and uniforms
· Processing invoices, tracking receipts, inputting expenses and other basic book keeping tasks.
