We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily office operations, ensuring smooth communication, and providing exceptional clerical support. This position requires proficiency in various office software and strong time management skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations, including answering phone calls, scheduling meetings, and handling emails.
Organize and maintain digital and physical files.
Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, preparing mail, and filing documents.
Support senior staff with administrative tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Discretion and confidentiality are a must.
Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
