Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and will provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our office. Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.

Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails to the appropriate staff members.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Assist in maintaining office supplies and inventory.

Provide general administrative support such as data entry, filing, and document preparation. Maintain and organize physical and digital files, records, and documents.

Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.

Collaborate with team members to support various projects and tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an office receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

A positive attitude and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
