We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. Responsibilities
Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls.
Perform administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meetings.
Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date.
Assist with bookkeeping tasks and invoicing.
Onboarding of all new employees
Coordinate office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Provide support to staff members with various administrative tasks as required.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality.
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative role or as an office manager.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
