Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business by managing administrative tasks, supporting staff, and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires strong communication skills, proficiency in office management, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Utilize Acumatica ERP for data entry, inventory management, and order management.
Utilize Google Workspace for document management, communication, and collaboration with team members.
Utilize Shopify website editor for website editing and maintenance.
Maintain supply inventory and place orders as needed to ensure a well-stocked environment.
Assist with administrative tasks such as quality checks, data entry, filing, and proofreading documents for accuracy.
Operate phone systems effectively, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when interacting with clients and colleagues.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance overall efficiency.
Skills
Strong phone etiquette skills to ensure professional communication with clients and staff.
Strong email, typing, and spelling skills to ensure professional communication with clients and staff.
Proven experience in management or administrative roles is preferred.
Proficiency in Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) for effective collaboration and document handling.
Proficiency in Acumatica ERP for effective process and document handling.
Proficiency with Shopify Website Editor for general website editing and maintenance.
Excellent proofreading skills to ensure high-quality documentation.
Familiarity with phone systems to manage incoming calls efficiently.
Ability to provide exceptional customer support while maintaining a positive attitude.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Experience as a clerk or in similar administrative positions is a plus.
