Overview

Provide support to a retired attorney for both professional and personal matters, including use of Apple computer, iPad and iPhone for communications, calendaring appointments, drafting of professional documents and light bookkeeping.

Part-Time Position: 4 hours per day, 4 day per week.

Location and Parking: office in downtown Honolulu with free parking provided.

Duties

Assist professional and personal communications and administrative tasks.
Manage and maintain calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
Provide executive administrative support including preparation of presentations.
Utilize Google Suite for document creation, sharing, and collaboration with other professionals.
Light business and personal bookkeeping.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while managing daily operations.
Must be flexible, patient, and have the ability to multi-task.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in calendar management and scheduling techniques.
Strong computer literacy including experience in Google Suite applications.
Excellent clerical skills with attention to detail in administrative tasks.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
