Program Management Administrative Support
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to provide Program Management Administrative Support for the AIR COMBAT COMMAND ACQUISITION MANAGEMENT & INTEGRATION CENTER (ACC AMIC). This role will support the development of acquisition documentation for counter-narcotics requirements, including tasks related to market research, risk analysis, source selection, and task order management. The position involves facilitating various acquisition processes for both pre and post-award activities.

Compensation & Benefits:
Estimated Starting Salary Range for Program Management Administrative Support : Starting at $90,000
Pay commensurate with experience.
Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.
Program Management Administrative Support Responsibilities Include:
Conduct market research and job/risk analysis
Develop and update acquisition-related documentation and templates
Assist in source selection activities and post-award administration
Maintain records and update relevant systems, such as the Acquisition Management System (AMS) and Strategic Management Tool (SMT)
Facilitate meetings and track project progress
Review invoices and manage invoice tracking
Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Program Management Administrative Support Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
High School diploma or equivalent required
1-3 years of program management and services acquisition experience
1-3 years of experience with Microsoft Office applications
1-3 years of experience/knowledge in government or military contracting is highly desirable
Project Management Institute (PMI) certification (CAPM, PMP, PgMP, etc.) preferred
U.S. Citizenship required
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and judgment skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Previous experience with military or Federal agencies is a plus
Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
