We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Executive Assistant to join our team and provide top-tier administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and appointments
Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings and conferences
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Communicate and liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the executives
Assist with travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
Draft, proofread, and send correspondence on behalf of executives
Assist in organizing events, conferences, and other company-related functions
Provide project management support as needed, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the executive team

Social Media Management Responsibilities:

Manage and update company social media profiles on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
Create engaging content, schedule posts, and track performance across social platforms
Monitor social media activity and engage with followers to promote brand presence
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with company goals
Maintain consistent brand voice and ensure that all content aligns with the company’s values and messaging
Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on performance

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Social media management experience, particularly on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
Knowledge of social media best practices and trends
Familiarity with content creation tools and social media scheduling platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva)
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
High degree of professionalism and discretion

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in construction, design, or building materials
Previous experience working with senior leadership teams
