The positions

We are looking for a business administrator to join a small team in an established company within Truro.

The Responsibilities

Preparing, organising and storing information in paper and digital form.

Dealing with queries on the phone and by email.

Managing diaries, scheduling meetings and booking rooms.

Sorting Orders

Generating forms

The Candidate(s) We Are Looking For

Will have experience in a previous role or have transferable skills

Will have excellent organisational skills

Will have experience using ICT such as MS Office, outlook, excel

Experience within the construction experience is desirable
