We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager of Branch Administrative Support to lead and inspire a high-performing team across multiple regions. Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and motivate a geographically dispersed team of administrative professionals to achieve high performance and engagement.
Oversee daily operations of Branch Administration Support Specialists and Regional Support Administrators.
Develop and implement standardized administrative processes and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency across all branches.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and execute process improvements and operational enhancements.
Serve as a key liaison for strategic projects aligned with business goals, from planning through execution and post-project evaluation.
Facilitate onboarding, training, and continuous development programs for administrative staff.
Foster a culture of open communication, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Maintain a project dashboard to track progress, milestones, and deliverables.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, process improvement, or training/development.
Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, especially in a multi-location environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Ability to travel up to 40%.
Must pass background and substance abuse checks.

Preferred:

Experience with PestPac or similar platforms.
Knowledge of mergers and acquisitions.
