Duties

Meet and greet visitors in a professional manner

Answering the telephone in a courteous and professional manner

Ensure effective processing of incoming and outgoing post

Taking minutes of meetings as & when required

Responding to generic emails

Photocopying and scanning documents

Assist in maintaining accurate record system including filing, archiving and ensure that all records are clear and precise.

Ordering office stationery supplies

Check and sign for post/ deliveries & advise relevant member of staff

General data input on computer system

General ad hoc administrative duties

Preparing tenancy agreements

Register and de-register deposits

Using Arthur Property Management software

Sending reminder letters

GENERAL

To contribute to the strategic direction of the Company

To carry out specific tasks required by your Line Manager

To facilitate good relationships across all departments and sister companies

To bring to the attention of your Line Manager any significant changes in the Tenant, Council or Property owner relationship

To demonstrate and actively encourage a good team spirit, positive environment and motivated department at all times

To be approachable and empathetic to the sales, finance and maintenance teams

To be responsible with your time keeping at all times
