Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuala Lumpur for an Office Administrator at ZipZipe. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing daily office operations, maintaining office equipment, and supporting administrative and clerical functions. Additional duties include providing excellent customer service, facilitating communication within the team, and ensuring the office environment is organised and efficient. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the effective functioning of the office.

You're highly organised and enjoy helping teams work more efficiently.

You take pride in being dependable, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Ideally, you'll bring:

  • 1 to 3+ years of administration or operations experience
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Strong spreadsheet skills
  • Experience using project management tools such as Asana or similar
  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini to improve productivity
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Eligibility

  • This position is open to Malaysian citizens and candidates with full working rights in Malaysia.
  • No remote work is available; only genuine candidates who are committed to career growth.
  • Fluent in English, with conversational ability in Mandarin or Cantonese highly preferred (Bilingual is welcome but not required).
