We’re looking for a dependable, highly organized Administrative Assistant to support the Office of the CEO. This position plays a key role in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly and efficiently. It combines traditional administrative responsibilities with hands-on, task-oriented support to ensure the CEO is set up for success each day. Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the CEO and Lead Executive Assistant
Help prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials
Assist with ordering supplies, managing inventory, and working with vendors
Coordinate daily logistics like lunch, coffee, and catering orders
Keep the CEO’s office organized, clean, and well-stocked
Ensure the CEO has everything she needs throughout the day (supplies, water, chargers, etc.)
Handle errands and small deliveries, both professional and occasional personal
Support the setup and cleanup of meeting rooms and filming spaces
Be at the ready for any miscellaneous tasks that might pop up
Communicate with drivers, vendors, and other service providers as needed
Assist with internal projects, special events, or unexpected day-to-day tasks
Be ready to jump in and help wherever needed with a positive attitude
Special projects as assigned
Successful Candidates Will Possess:
Experience in administrative, support, customer service, or hospitality roles is helpful but not required, we’re open to candidates who are quick learners with the right mindset and enthusiasm
Impeccable reliability, discretion, and attention to detail
Calm under pressure
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing needs
Friendly, can-do attitude with a calm and professional demeanor under pressure
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if errands require travel)
Proficient computer skills and ability to operate general office equipment
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work cross-functionally and with all levels of the organization, including Senior Leadership

Hourly Range: The hourly range for this role is $24.00 – $26.00 per hour. Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and most recent market data. This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on personal and company performance, in addition to our robust benefits package.
