Join our client, an esteemed international pharmaceutical company base in Nicosia, Cyprus as anOffice Administrator, a pivotal role designed to streamline operations and support growth. In this role, you will be at the heart of our administrative processes, working closely with our Supply Chain Management team, as well as supporting our Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain departments. Your meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach will ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

About The Jobâ–º Oversee the supply chain and logistics by ensuring order parameters with distributors are accurate, including price, minimum order quantity, and lead time.

â–º Follow up on order statuses post-placement by the SCM Lead and manage back-order requests as needed.

â–º Compile and review monthly sales data from distributors, coordinating with the Supply Chain Managment Lead for any necessary discussions.

â–º Prepare, verify, and approve credit and debit notes within our system.

â–º Manage vendor creation within our systems, up to a maximum of 10 vendors per month.

â–º Execute the raising of purchase orders upon receiving all required approvals, handling 10 – 15 PO’s monthly within Cyprus.

â–º Assist with general administrative tasks such as printing, filing, and archiving.

â–º Support Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain departments with administrative tasks.

â–º Handle expenses by matching invoices with supporting documents for processing.

â–º Oversee car fleet management and maintain all contracts/agreements, uploading them to our Contract Management Tools.

Requirements For The Positionâ–º Proven experience in an administrative role.

â–º Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

â–º Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

â–º ExcellentEnglishcommunication skills, both written and verbal.

â–º Proficiency in office and computer software, such as Office 365.

â–º A team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

â–º Education: A degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
