Responsibilities
Manage front desk operations with excellent phone etiquette.
Oversee calendar management and coordinating meetings for staff members.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently using Google Docs and other office software.
Maintain organized filing systems and assist with clerical duties as needed.
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Operate phone systems and ensure effective communication within the office environment.
Support various administrative tasks to enhance overall office productivity.
Experience
Previous experience in an office administration role is preferred, with a focus on customer service and clerical duties.
Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) is essential.
