Role Description

This is a full-time in-Office role for an Office Administrator/Document Controller at KG Design in Dubai. The role involves providing administrative support, managing office routine tasks, attendance sheets, leave tracking, applying for work permit applications, and/or any other related authority approval/portal application works, E-mail communications with clients, subcontractors, stuff etc., delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining daily office workflow.

Qualifications

·      Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills

·      Proficiency in using office equipment

·      Strong communication and customer service skills

·      Experience in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft office, Proficient in business language and ethics.

·      Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

·      Attention to detail and organizational skills

·      Knowledge of document control procedures is a plus

·      Relevant certification or diploma in Business Administration or related field

·      Preparing Quotations and communicating with account departments
