Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and efficient Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our organization, greeting visitors, answering incoming calls, and providing general administrative support across the company. Responsibilities:
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls promptly while providing accurate information as needed.
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and scheduling appointments.
Coordinate meetings and conference room bookings as required.
Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Ability to handle multiple phone lines and manage high call volumes.
Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners, fax machines).
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
