This dual-function role (Admin 50% & Finance 50%) supports our daily operations and ensures financial accuracy. You will work closely with the Finance Manager to maintain a seamless office environment.

Key Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

Office Administration:

  • Be the face of Flottweg: Manage phone calls, company emails, and welcome visitors.
  • Operations Support: Coordinate couriers, order office supplies, and manage company assets (including fleet & maintenance).
  • Event Planning: Organise internal team events and external corporate functions.
  • Data Management: Maintain up-to-date filing systems and company databases.
  • General Support: Provide ad-hoc HR and administrative assistance as required.

Finance Support:

  • Accounts Payable: Process supplier invoices and staff expense claims.
  • Billing: Handle customer invoicing and ensure timely dispatch.
  • Reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate records.
  • General Support: Assist the Finance Manager with daily financial administration and other ad-hoc tasks as required.

About You

  • Work Rights: Must have full and unrestricted legal rights to work in Australia.
  • "Can-do" Attitude: While previous experience is a plus, we value a proactive mindset and a genuine willingness to learn.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Organisational Master: Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a professional environment.
  • Detail-Oriented: High level of accuracy, especially with numbers and data entry.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is highly regarded.
