Receptionist/Administrative Support – Electric Contractor looking for new team member to answer phones & provide administrative support.
Answer multi-line incoming calls
Greet visitors & assist in connecting them with appropriate party
Assure copiers have adequate paper
Order office supplies
Distribute items to employees as needed (i.e. shirts, truck tags)
Maintain check out list for IT items
Prepare shipments to Headquarters as needed
Assist Managers with printing and organizing documents
Help keep kitchen and supply room clean and organized

Familiar with creating Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets
