Job Summary:
Stratus HR is seeking a professional, detail-oriented, and proactive individual to join our team as a Front Office Administrator. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors while supporting a variety of administrative and operational tasks. This is a full-time, in-office position at our headquarters in Sandy, UT.

Duties And Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Manage the E-Verify process for new hires across multiple clients.
2. Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
3. Greet and assist visitors in the office.
4. Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
5. Scan, file, and maintain organized records and documents.
6. Monitor and restock breakroom supplies.
7. Coordinate with building management for facility-related needs.
8. Provide general administrative support to the team.

Qualifications/Skills:
1. 2-3 years of experience in a front desk role.
2. Friendly, outgoing, and approachable demeanor.
3. Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
4. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
6. Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
7. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, processes, and responsibilities.
8. Commitment to company values and contributing to a positive team culture.
