Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Support:
Gather, review, and organize weekly payroll information from multiple teams and locations.
Assist in ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payroll submissions.
Recruiting & Candidate Management:
Vet incoming applicants and organize candidate pipelines.
Coordinate interviews and communication between candidates and hiring managers.
Support job postings, resume screening, and reference checks.
HR Recordkeeping & Organization:
Maintain employee records and documentation.
Track new hire onboarding and compliance requirements.
Keep key HR systems and files up to date.
Growth Support:
Assist leadership in reaching aggressive headcount growth targets by keeping recruiting efforts organized and moving forward.
Provide administrative support to the HR and management team as needed.
