Southland Properties is a full service, Property Management and Real Estate Company. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee office operations, manage administrative tasks, and ensure efficient daily operations.

Duties:
– Supervise office activities and staff to ensure smooth operations
– Manage filing systems and maintain accurate records
– Handle phone calls and correspondence with professionalism
– Coordinate vendor relationships and manage office supplies
– Assist in budgeting and financial record-keeping
– Demonstrate strong organizational skills in managing office tasks
– Front desk management including greeting visitors and directing inquiries
– Lead and support team members in daily tasks
– Proficiency in QuickBooks for financial transactions

Skills:
– Prior experience in supervising office activities
– Proficient in file management and record-keeping
– Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
– Vendor management experience is a plus
– Ability to assist in budgeting tasks
– Exceptional organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently
– Front desk management skills for welcoming guests and addressing queries
– Team management capabilities to lead and support staff effectively
– Proficiency in QuickBooks for financial transactions
