You will be responsible for liaising closely with customers, suppliers and wholesales to ensure the sales process runs smoothly, ensuring any credit or payment issues are resolved, whilst providing great customer service. You will also complete general administrative duties related to the sales process.

The Role

Full product and role training provided

Working Mon-Thurs

Speak with clients, suppliers and wholesalers via email and over the phone once orders have been confirmed, managing the sales and order process to ensure seamless transition from sales to delivery

Inputting sales data

Responding to customer queries

Invoicing

Manage any payment, delivery or credit issues

Provide aftersales support
