Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day office operations including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence. Greet visitors and clients, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate team members. Organize and maintain office filing systems, both digital and physical. Assist in managing office supplies, inventory, and ordering necessary materials. Coordinate meetings and manage office calendars. Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail. Assist with basic HR tasks including maintaining employee records and scheduling interviews.

Support other departments as needed with administrative tasks. Ensure the office is clean, organized, and welcoming.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an office administrator or similar role. Strong organizational and

multitasking

skills with

attention to detail

. Excellent written and verbal

communication skills

. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to work independently and in a

team environment

. Strong interpersonal skills and a

positive attitude

. High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
