Responsibilities
Updating and maintaining existing records in the database.
Generating reports based on the inputted data for analysis.
Collaborating with other departments to gather necessary information.
Utilize Microsoft Word, Open Office, or Google Docs to complete tasks
Take and participate in surveys
Inputting data into the database accurately and efficiently.
Verifying the accuracy of data before entering it into the system.
Ensuring compliance with data entry guidelines and procedures.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data management are a plus.
Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role.
Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Computer with internet access
Quiet work space away from distractions
Must be able and comfortable working in an environment without immediate supervision
Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions.
