About the Role

Amtech LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time On-Site Administrator to support our Executive Team. This role will be responsible for managing office operations, scheduling meetings, handling calendar management, coordinating travel arrangements, and processing expenses. The ideal candidate is proactive, efficient, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Meeting Coordination: Schedule and organize meetings for the Executive Team, including booking conference rooms, preparing agendas, and ensuring necessary materials are available.

Calendar Management: Maintain and update executive calendars, prioritize appointments, and handle scheduling conflicts.

Office Management: Oversee office supplies, maintain a tidy and efficient workspace, and coordinate with vendors as needed.

Travel Arrangements: Plan and book domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itinerary planning.

Expense Management: Process and track expense reports for the executive team, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Administrative Support: Assist with correspondence, document preparation, and other administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous experience in an administrative or office management role, preferably supporting executives.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Proactive mindset and ability to work independently.
