Acumentis would love to welcome an office administration champion to support our residential Property Valuers throughout theMelbourne region with a full-time permanent position. You will be provided with full training in order to set you up for success.

About The RoleYour role will be assisting the team and adding value from your experience and knowledge in support and administration. Some of the things you will be doing:

Report compilation and formatting

Liaison with client representatives

Customer service, over the phone and online

Use of valuation systems

Supporting management with general tasks as required

Being the ‘go-to’ person for your team of Valuers

You’ll be a great fit for us if you have:

Previous customer service experience highly regarded, but not essential

Friendly, helpful and courteous phone manner

Efficient and able to co-ordinate appointments on behalf of our team of valuers

Able to manage stress under pressure

Strong IT skills – fully competent with all Microsoft Office applications

Working knowledge of locations across Albury-Wodonga

Excellent standard of verbal and written communication skills

Reliable attendance and conscientious work ethic
