We’re an innovative tech startup based in Germany, with our headquarters in China.we are committed to advancing the frontiers of life sciences imaging. Our journey began in the interdisciplinary labs of Peking University, where our founding team collaborated with leaders in biological imaging and scientific discovery. Currently we’re building a strong European presence. To support our growing team, we’re looking for a hands-on, proactive Office Administrator / Allrounder who’s excited to grow with us and help shape the company culture.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be the go-to person for a wide range of support tasks. Your day-to-day may include:

Administrative support: Scheduling meetings, preparing documents, handling correspondence

Travel planning: Booking flights, hotels, itineraries for our local and international teams

Stock & order management: Keep track of demo systems, accessories, spare parts and office supplies

Event support: Organize team meetings, company events, and customer visits

Sales & marketing assistance: Help organize campaigns, support CRM tasks, follow up on leads

Customs & Logistics: Coordinate incoming/outgoing shipments (domestic and international), handle documentation for customs clearance, freight forwarders, and delivery tracking

Executive Assistance: Provide high-level support to the Managing Director, including calendar management, correspondence, and task coordination

Communication: Act as a liaison between our German and Chinese teams (Chinese language a big plus!)

Who You Are

Organized and solution-oriented, with a “nothing too small” mindset

Comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities and shifting priorities

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable with MS Office 365 and digital tools

Fluent in English, German is a strong plus, and Chinese (Mandarin) is a big bonus

You bring a hands-on, startup-friendly attitude and are willing to grow into new responsibilities

Nice to Have

Experience in a startup or fast-paced office environment

Familiarity with CRM systems or event planning

Background in biology, life sciences, or microscopy is a strong advantage
