The Role
As the Office & Financial Manager, you’ll oversee a mix of office operations and finance responsibilities. Your work will directly impact the success and efficiency of our operations while helping us navigate our next phase of growth.
Office Operations: Manage office tasks like scheduling, supplies, and document management.
Financial Management: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting to ensure our financial health.
Team Support: Assist with administrative support and communicate effectively with team members.
Customer Service: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing excellent service.
Accounting Support: Assist with invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll processing.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking an individual with strong organizational and leadership skills, plus a passion for financial management and operational efficiency.
Experience: 3+ years in office management or financial roles. Landscape experience is a plus.
