Our client is currently adding to their growing team. This is an ideal role for an individual with full cycle recruitment as well as experience supporting C-Suite executives and office administration.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Recruitment & Talent Management

– Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and ensuring timely follow-ups.

– Collaborate closely with hiring managers to craft clear, compelling job descriptions and streamline interview processes.

– Manage t heir (ATS), job postings on LinkedIn, and lead targeted candidate outreach initiatives.

– Provide candidates with an exceptional hiring experience through consistent, personalized communication.

– Coordinate onboarding, preparing comprehensive documentation, scheduling orientation sessions, and ensuring rapid integration of new hires.

– Maintain and update internal training resources, ensuring staff have continuous access to professional development tools.

Executive & Administrative Support

– Actively monitor CEO’s communications, ensuring urgent tasks are flagged and completed, serving as the CEO’s dependable second brain.

– Manage CEO’s calendar proactively—prioritizing high-value meetings, scheduling deep work periods, and optimizing executive time allocation.

– Organize and book executive travel including flights, accommodations, and event registrations; create detailed travel itineraries.

– Coordinate investor meetings, prepare necessary materials, and ensure seamless follow-ups and communication.

– Support marketing initiatives by organizing logistics for trade shows and events—booking shipments, arranging booth setups, and handling promotional materials.

– Oversee in-office logistics including meeting setups, ordering meals, maintaining supplies, and addressing last-minute administrative tasks.

– Execute other duties as required

Experience and Education:

– You’ve got 2 plus years n recruiting, operations, and Administration /EA.

– You possess exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and excels at managing numerous tasks effectively and efficiently.

– You genuinely enjoy engaging with people, creating smooth recruitment experiences, and building strong first impressions.

– You write clearly, follow up fast, and care deeply about the candidate experience.

– You’re ridiculously organized, proactive, and thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

– You’re detail oriented and never miss a task or deadline.

– You can balance high-level coordination with low-level execution—no task is beneath you.
