Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.
Duties:
– Perform data collection and entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
– Utilize computerized systems for organizing and maintaining company records.
– Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
– Assist in office management duties such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
– Handle order entry tasks and manage databases effectively.
– Create and update spreadsheets using Excel, including pivot tables for data analysis.
Skills:
– Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
– Experience with data entry, file management, and maintaining office records.
– Familiarity with order entry processes and database management.
– Ability to type accurately and efficiently.
