Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth office operations and effective communication within the organization. Responsibilities
Provide executive administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Maintain professional phone etiquette while handling calls and inquiries.
Assist in personal assistant duties as needed, ensuring the executive’s needs are met promptly.
Organize and manage office operations, ensuring a productive work environment.
Plan and coordinate events, meetings, and conferences, including logistics and materials preparation.
Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
Utilize Google Workspace for document creation, collaboration, and communication.
Coordinate projects by tracking progress, deadlines, and deliverables.
Transcribe meeting notes and documents accurately for distribution.
Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism before dissemination.
Qualifications
Proven experience in an executive administrative support role or similar position.
Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills.
Experience as a personal assistant is a plus.
Proficient in office management practices and procedures.
Demonstrated event planning skills with attention to detail.
Familiarity with Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
Excellent project coordination abilities with a focus on meeting deadlines.
Strong transcription skills with the ability to capture detailed information accurately.
Exceptional proofreading skills to ensure high-quality documentation.
